Somatic & Energetic Healing

Earth Wisdom. Innate Intelligence. Embodied Transformation.

PHILOSOPHY

Returning To The Wisdom Of The Body

My work is rooted in the understanding that we are more than our physical bodies.

While modern culture often focuses exclusively on the physical body and the mind, many wisdom traditions have long understood that humans are multidimensional beings. We experience life through our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, soul, and spiritual dimensions, each influencing and interacting with one another.

When we focus solely on the mind, we can gain awareness and understanding, but awareness alone does not always create change. The body remembers. Our experiences, emotions, beliefs, and patterns are not only held cognitively, but are often reflected throughout the nervous system and the body itself. This is why somatic work is so powerful.

Rather than approaching healing solely through analysis, somatic practices invite us to work directly with the body's innate intelligence. By listening to the body's signals, sensations, and responses, we can begin to uncover patterns that often exist beneath conscious awareness and create space for greater regulation, integration, and transformation.

My work is also heavily informed by an understanding of the human energy field. Many ancient healing traditions recognized that human beings exist not only as physical structures, but also as energetic beings. From Traditional Chinese Medicine and Vedic science to modern energetic healing modalities, there is a shared understanding that our energy systems influence our physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

When we work exclusively with the physical body, we overlook important aspects of the human experience. By considering both the physical and energetic dimensions of ourselves, we can begin to view healing through a more holistic lens.

Through somatic exploration, embodied meditation, energetic work, and Spinal Attunement, my intention is to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous systems, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your relationship with your own inner wisdom for greater soul connection, alignment, vitality, and overall well-being.

Healing begins when we learn to listen to our body.

Spinal Attunement & Energetic Alignment

A neurogenic healing modality that works with the nervous system and energetic bodies to unwind chronic patterns of tension and protective contraction.

Spinal Attunement integrates principles from neurology, physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vedic science, and energetic & somatic healing traditions. Sessions support regulation, coherence, and alignment within both the physical and energetic bodies, creating conditions that support the body’s natural capacity for healing and self-regulation.

Somatic Frequency Meditation

Guided embodied experiences that cultivate specific energetic qualities and states of being through movement, breath, meditation, sound, archetypes, and the elements.

Rather than focusing on reflection or analysis, Somatic Frequency Meditation invites direct experience. Sessions may explore qualities such as confidence, vitality, groundedness, self-expression, courage, or healthy boundaries while deepening connection to sensation, presence, and the wisdom of the body.

Somatic Inquiry & Exploration

A guided process of embodied self-inquiry that uses the body’s sensations, emotions, and responses as pathways for self-discovery and deeper understanding.

Through somatic awareness and skillful questioning, we explore patterns, beliefs, emotions, and life experiences beyond the thinking mind alone. Together we create space for insight, integration, greater self-awareness, and meaningful change.

About Bella

My path has never been linear. Over the years, I have lived many lives—professional athlete, showjumping national champion, interior and architectural designer, entrepreneur, traveler, and student of the human experience.

Yet beneath every chapter was a more personal journey:

Learning to reconnect with my own body and truly listen.

Experiences with my health led me beyond achievement and external success and into the study of the nervous system, somatics, energetics, and ancient wisdom traditions. As I searched for answers, I became fascinated by the relationship between the body and its remarkable capacity to heal when given the right conditions.

What I discovered was both simple and profound: much of the wisdom we seek already exists within us. The body is not something to overcome, fix, or silence—it is an intelligent system constantly communicating with us. The challenge is that many of us have never been taught how to listen.

We live in a world that often asks us to operate like machines rather than living beings. Productivity is prioritized over rest, constant stimulation over stillness, and external achievement over internal awareness. In the process, many of us become disconnected from the rhythms, needs, and wisdom of our own bodies.

This was certainly true for me. As a teenager and young adult, years of overriding my body's signals eventually manifested as burnout, anxiety, chronic health challenges, and a growing sense of disconnection from myself. It wasn't until I stopped trying to think my way through healing and began learning how to embody it that something shifted.

Further, this disconnection is not only from ourselves, but from nature as well.

The more we move away from the natural world, the further we often move from the very systems that can teach us how to heal. Nature operates through rhythm, adaptation, interdependence, and balance—the same principles that govern the human body, and especially the female body. When we reconnect with nature, we are often reconnecting with something fundamental within ourselves.

To me, healing is not about becoming something new.

It is about remembering what has always been there, reclaiming your sovereignty, and choosing to live in alignment with your own truth.
